Menu Feature: Don't Cha Know Breakfast Poutine

Alright, mother bruncher! Get ready for some serious food porn! Yeah, we about to get REAL graphic with this blog post.

Being that we are a food truck, we thought it would be appropriate to give each menu item its own post. I mean, we know that our food is awesome, but we want to make sure that you have enough info to form your own opinion. 

Even though we’re pretty sure you’re going to love it anyway (wink, wink). 

Inspired by our northern neighbors of Canada and also this season’s most popular dish, we proudly introduce our Don’t Cha Know Poutine.

This magical Mountain of comfort food sells out almost every night it’s on the truck. It’s like crazy good. And you know how we Minnesotans do, once it gets cold out, it’s carb-eatin’ season. So make some room and get ready to undo the top button of your pants, because this is how we build the poutine bowl.

Step One: The Breakfast Potatoes.

Twelve ounces of White Diamond potatoes sliced and diced into bite size pieces, the potatoes are then deep fried and seasoned with our own smokey/spicy seasoning. 

Step Two: The Homemade Gravy.

Traditional southern style pork sausage cooked to perfection, and then folded into a creamy homemade gravy. We pour 8oz of this hardy shiz over the potatoes.

Step Three: The Cheese Curds.

We all know that the best cheese comes from Wisconsin, so you know we’re reppin Ellsworth Cheese Curds. We throw a handful of these bad boys atop the gravy so they turn into velvety pools of molten cheese. Is your mouth watering yet?

Step Four: The Egg.

We like to kick things up a notch. We are very aware that it’s a bit “extra” to top this beast with a fried egg, but WDGAF because it’s da bomb!
